Isla's Word Bank

i thought it would be neat to record the things that come out of my child's mouth, after reading an email and what words to expect by the age of two. after reading i am impressed with my little's development. Now i am not saying that my daughter is gifted or a genius, BUT i am very content with her development and what she has been saying for some time now.

Isla is little Miss Sass! when she want you to stop doing something she doesn't like she  will say just that, little hand out like when you say "whatever talk to the hand motion" and in a high pitch voice say " top it" followed by the pointer finger pointing  no no motion with the "no no no"thrown in too!  This usually is what we get when daddy keeps her from doing something she wants as in if she wants to leave the room and he keeps her in. I LOVE IT!  She will look you in the eye and say "daddy" "top it" she even personalizes it! make sure she gets her little point across! I love that i can give her options and she tells me what she wants. Isla will go to her cupboard grab a cup and go to the fridge and ask me for a "drink" or nak when she wants something to eat.

ITS SO AMAZING to see her development! i am so proud of her! AND of course i have to brag to my fellow co workers as soon as she says a new thing. i am so excited for her and love these little three words sentences she can use now! and yes i am that OBSESSED that i write down all her words! i have an on going list of words in my iPhone notes! DEFINITELY A PROUD MAMA!
